1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Eligibility

It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of ph647 is lawful in their jurisdiction. ph647 shall not be held liable for any player who accesses the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) ph647 Account. Duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited. ph647 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and may confiscate balances associated with accounts registered in violation of this rule.

2.4 Exclusion List

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register a ph647 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. ph647 relies on this information for identity verification, KYC compliance, and the secure processing of financial transactions.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ph647 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for all accounts. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, SSS/GSIS ID, driver's license, or PRC card) and proof of address before withdrawals above specified thresholds are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. ph647 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain password security. You must notify ph647 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account.

3.4 Account Suspension & Closure

ph647 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any activity that may harm the Platform or other players. Any Balance in a suspended account will be held pending investigation and may be forfeited if a violation is confirmed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph647 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso ₱20. ph647 does not accept deposits from payment methods registered to third parties — all deposits must originate from payment accounts held in the name of the registered ph647 Account holder.

4.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to the ph647 Account wallet instantly upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take between 5 and 30 minutes to process depending on the originating bank's processing speed. ph647 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by ph647 within the timeframes published on the Platform at the time of the request. Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 60 minutes. Withdrawals above specified thresholds may require completed KYC verification before processing. ph647 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending identity verification or fraud investigation.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ph647 complies fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all applicable PAGCOR regulations regarding financial transactions. ph647 is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Deposits must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible.

5. Gameplay Rules

5.1 Game Availability

ph647 offers a range of games including bingo, online slots, live dealer casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Sic Bo), sports betting, E-Sabong, and Color Game. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph647 Platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC.
• Accessing ph647 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment instruments for deposits.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using ph647 for illegal financial transactions.

ph647's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising from or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ph647's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ph647's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Amendments

ph647 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the ph647 website. Where changes are material, ph647 will provide reasonable notice via email or in-Platform notification to registered players. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using ph647 and may close your Account.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of ph647 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved by ph647's internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels. ph647 fully cooperates with all PAGCOR investigations and regulatory inquiries.
